365th post on this blog - a few years to get to the magical one-a-day number for a full year but happy to still be ticking along. This week has been a scramble with no car. Carol, my faithful first car, has severe axle damage due to my dumb ass hitting a cement block which backing up that I couldn't see in my rear view mirror, boy was I pissed. So, after a flatbed tow and evaluation by the mechanic, the damage has been deemed too significant and the car officially labeled as "totaled". I've been getting my fitness in by biking to and from work and running to the DA track from the gym. I have yet to get a swim in, but may try tomorrow when I bike from work, swim, and then bike back. As of now here's what I have been able to accomplish even without a car:

Monday (10/3/2011) - R: 1.7 miles up to get to the track, 4x800m w 400m RBI (3:08, 3:07, 2:58, 2:50), 1.7 miles down; W: 60 min WOD: 

SA bench press while lying supine on the foam roller - 8x each side with 50lbs
Step through lunges and then shuffle x 16 total with 20lb DB's
Squat bent over rows with the bar coming from between the legs - 100lbs x 10
Bent leg hanging knee raises - x12

Straight bar pushdowns - x10 #9
Kneeling cable punches - x10 each #4
Goblet squats 70lbs x 10
Curls to presses (alternating) 40lbs x 6 each side

Tuesday (10/4/2011) - B: 34 miles of rollers - 20+ with Rachel

Wednesday (10/5/2011) - W: 60 min WOD, 30 mins of Pilates reformer

Thursday (10/6/2011) - B: 3 miles to pool warm up, S: 200WU, 6x50m SA pulls, 12x100m w 10secs RBI, 4x25 KSS, 100CD, B: 3 miles back

Friday (10/7/2011) - Lactate loop in the AM 3x from house and then continued onto the gym - 90 mins total

Saturday (10/8/2011) - OFF

Sunday (10/9/2011) - R: 30 mins at the Dagobah System MT while pushing Eli
